Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a some details that we need to be able to complete the order, including your invoice and delivery addresses. We would recommend that you use the 'Find Address' facility provided to ensure that your address details are entered correctly, as part of the online card transaction process involves checking that the invoice address entered matches the registered address of the card being used for payment.

For customers within the United Kingdom, payment by credit or debit card can be accepted securely online, or over the phone. All major cards are accepted. Our online card payment facility offers the highest level of security available. For security reasons we do not recommend that you send credit card information by email, fax, or post.

For customers outside the United kingdom, we require full payment of the goods and shipping costs by bank transfer prior to shipment. Please contact us when ready to place your order, so that we can determine shipping costs, and arrange for payment.

Product Availability, Delivery, and Fulfillment - All items are subject to availablity. If we are unable to supply an item due to insufficient stock we will confirm this by email, telephone, or in writing. We do not operate a back order system for out of stock items, but can at the customers request, email notification of stock replenishment.

Error in Advertised Listing - if an error has been made in the listing of a product, we do not commit to sell the product. We commit to a products description and price once we take payment from a nominated credit or debit card account.
Shipping And Handling We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours. Our site is configured to accept online orders from the UK only. Customers from outside the UK should contact us when ready to place your order, so that we can determine shipping costs, and arrange for payment.
Delivery Schedule Depending on weight, UK orders are dispached using Royal Mail (recorded delivery), or DHL, with a typical delvery scedule of 3 - 4 days. An express delivery service (1 -2 days) is available at extra cost.
Back Orders While we try to keep the website up to date with stock quantities, there may be instances where we are unable to supply everything you have ordered.

In this case you will only be charged for the items sent, and we will notify you when any out of stock items are back in stock so that you can re-order should you wish to do so.
