No, with regret we are no longer able to accept payment by cheque.

Is there meaning in your order code?

Most our products are given an item number of the form XX-XXXXXX

Eg. CV-045021 or MV-065014#1

The first two characters give the type of product, i.e.. CV for a Ceramic vase, MV for a Mango wood vase, etc. These characters are then followed by a six numeric characters. The first three give the approximate height (or length, if greater) of the product in cm's, i.e.. 032 = 32 cm's, 060 = 60 cm's. The next two numeric characters give the version number, usually 01 or 02.
Larger products (those over 50 cm's) may be followed by #1, #2, etc. This is a unique number for a product which forms part a limited edition. This gives customers the advantage of being able to order the exact product to which the online photographs show. Therefore, for example, if you see a picture of a large handmade ceramic vase, you can order against the item number, and if it includes a #number, you can be sure that the product you receive will be the same one as seen in the photographs. With our other products, because they are all handmade, we can not guarantee that the actual product you receive will look exactly the same as in the photograph.

Are your products available in any shops?

No, at present our products are only available by mail order, and can be ordered through our online shop which allows secure credit, or debit card purchases to be made. Alternatively orders may be placed over the telephone.

Yes, we welcome trade enquires from commercial organisations.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement. Our standard delivery service can take up to 3 working days, an express service is available at extra cost.

The product I like is 'Out of Stock', can it be still be ordered?

If a product is shown as being 'Out of Stock', it can not be ordered through the online shop, but may be ordered over the phone. 50% of the products cost will be required when placing the order, with the remaining 50% payable once the goods are in the UK, and ready for dispatch. Typically for small orders deivery would be upto 3 months, as the orger would be included within our regular delivery from Thailand. For larger orders it becomes economiclly viable for them to be shipped individually, so reducing delivery times.

Are the photographs on your web site genuine?

Yes, all photographs on our site are genuine, and have been taken by us. In particular, those of sculptures for sale have been taken at our office in the UK.

Why does your site does not display properly on my web browser?

This website has been designed for viewing on modern XHTML compliant browsers.
