If your goods have been damaged during transit, please notify us by email immediately on reception so that an insurance claim can be made against the courier company (who may wish to inspect the damaged goods). We will then issue you with a returns number and address, and arrange for the courier company to collect the goods from you. We will then replace the damaged goods, or if you prefer, issue a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs paid to us.
